Robert Kubica (Renault), 13 laps from the finish of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, is still second, having not stopped in the pits. The Pole, followed by Lewis Hamilton (McLaren), widens the gap on the peloton and moves away Fernando Alonso a third World Champion title.
Thanks to the stop of Jenson Button (McLaren), Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull) took back control of the race.
