The first season of Brendon Hartley is definitely not going in the best way. Lacking results, the reigning winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans saw his race end on the first lap at the Canadian GP in an accident with Lance stroll (Williams).

If speculation suggests an upcoming replacement for the New Zealander at Toro Rosso, team manager Graham Watson reaffirmed on Newshub that he had all the support of his team.

“We want him to succeed. Toro Rosso is 100% behind Brendon, assured the team manager. The pilots are mainly managed by Red Bill. Our team's mission is to work with them and try to give them the capabilities to make them world champions in the future. We have no control over what happens with our drivers at Toro Rosso. »
