Haas F1 Team has confirmed that it will put on track this weekend in Russia a car VF19 which will mix elements of the first version of the car which appeared at the start of the year in Australia, as well as developments from the spec-3 put on track in Germany.

Earlier in the season, the American team wanted to compare versions 1 and 3 of its single-seater by entrusting the first to Romain Grosjean over several races, when Kevin Magnussen benefited from a car including all the developments provided by Kannapolis.

“Currently we are in a phase where we know what the car does, we are just trying to find the best specification for each circuit, specifies Günther Steiner, Team Principal of Haas F1 Team.

This is why we do it this way. We no longer do experiments. We place the packages in the best possible way. »
