After the rain on Tuesday, the teams were able to run their cars on a dry track this Wednesday morning during the first session of the 2nd day of official testing for the 24 Hours of Spa (July 29 – August 1).
A session during which the No. 6 Walkenhorst Motorsport BMW M3 GT34 was in high spirits as it set the best time in 2'18"798.
At the finish, she was ahead of the No. 8 Saintéloc Racing Audi R3 LMS GT25 by 66 thousandths and the Mercedes-AMG GT3 No. 88 from AKKA-ASP by a little more than a tenth. The No. 8 Audi R3 LMS GT32 of Team WRT and the KCMG Porsche 911 GT3-RN°18, in the lead the day before, complete the Top 5.
