Seeing 170 cars set off to tackle the 20,83 km Nordschleife is always a unique spectacle. At the end of the first qualifying practice session, three brands shared the podium with one Mercedes ahead of an Audi and a BMW.
Bonus for regularity for the brand with the rings with 5 Audi R8s in the Top 10.
