Alessio Picariello sera au rendez-vous des 24H du Nürburgring. Il a été confirmé par l’écurie Falken Motorsport pour participer à l’épreuve. Le pilote de 27 ans va participer pour la première fois de sa carrière à une course de 24 heures. Picariello qui est soutenu par la filière asiatique de Porsche roulera sur la n°44.
The Belgian said he was very happy to drive at the Nürburgring: “I'm really looking forward to this challenge, surely the biggest of my career. […] We have a very strong line-up with Klaus Bachler, Martin Ragginger and Sven Müller who are rockets, with a lot of experience.”
