Landon Cassill will be back in Nascar Cup Series this weekend to compete in the STP 500 on the short track in Martinsville (Virginia) as well as the O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 the following week at Texas Motor Speedway. Engaged full-time at the highest level of the discipline since 2011 but without a steering wheel for this year, he will replace Jeffrey Earnhardt who announced his departure from StarCom Racing where he had been competing since the start of the year in the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL00.
