The six-time champion NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Jimmie Johnson has announced that it has extended its contract with the Hendrick Motorsports team for two seasons, with a lease now extending until 2017. In addition, the American company Lowe's has also extended its main sponsorship for two seasons for the No. 48 Chevrolet SS.
