Trevor Bayne (Roush Fenway Racing – Ford) was fined $20.000 and placed on probation until December 31 by race officials. NASCAR for getting out of his car too quickly before help arrived, after an accident during the event held last weekend on the Monster Mile in Dover. This rule was established after Kevin Ward Jr's fatal accident, involving three-time champion Tony Stewart.
