Argentinian Nestor Girolami (Honda Civic – Münnich Motorsport) stood out for the resumption of the WTCR World Touring Car Cup in Zolder this Friday.
“Bebu” indeed set the best time in the first free practice session of the Belgian meeting, completing his best lap in 1'36″450, 104 thousandths ahead of one of the regionals of the stage, Gilles Magnus (Audi RS 3 – Comtoyou Racing).
Esteban Guerrieri (Honda Civic – Münnich Motorsport) follows in third position and precedes the French Nathanaël Berthon (Audi RS 3 – Audi Sport Team Comtoyou) and Yvan Müller (Lynk&Co 03 – Cyan Racing). Jean-Karl Vernay (Alfa Romeo – Team Mulsanne) finished 8th when Yann Ehrlacher (Lynk&Co 03 – Cyan Racing) took 15th place.
