Trofeo Pirelli – Doriane Pin in pole position for Race 2 at Silverstone

After his double the day before, Dorian Pin started on the same basis this Sunday at Silverstone. The Frenchwoman took the second pole position of the weekend in Trofeo Pirelli, her eighth since the start of the season. 

Beaten by Luka Nurmi (Formula Racing) during her first attempt by only 0.020 seconds, the Iron Dame driver finally got the better of the Finn seven minutes from the end of the session by setting a time of 2:01.393, beating Nurmi of 0.101 seconds. Second in the championship, Belgian John Wartique took third place in this session, 0.302 seconds behind. This Sunday afternoon, Doriane Pin will aim for an eighth Trofeo Pirelli victory this season.
