Manthey Racing will not win another edition of the 24 Hours of Nürburgring. Back in the top positions thanks to a double relay from Kévin Estre at the start of the race, the Porsche Grello was forced to retire after 3 hours of racing. In the fight with his brother Dries (Audi), Laurens Vanthoor lost control of the No. 1. The famous green car hit the wall before crossing the track to finish its race in the rail opposite. Laurens is doing well, but the atmosphere promises to be nice at the Vanthoor family meal…
Saw that one before it happened. Drivers are racing way too hard in this race this early on. That was never gonna work.#24hNBR pic.twitter.com/hOyXLHmTIr
