Alexandre Baron, the 4 French F2012 Champion, left the Eurocup FR 2.0 and the ART Junior team during the season to try his luck in car to USA. A resounding winner of two races during the last two rounds of the USF2000 championship, at Laguna Seca and Houston, the Narbonne native has just won his ticket to compete in the Indy Lights championship, thus following in the footsteps of Tristan Vautier (2012 Champion) to aim for the allocation of the ?Road to Indy? program.

After a convincing test with a USF2000 on the Indianapolis oval, Team Belardi Auto Racing has just decided to entrust him with one of its Dallaras, which he will discover this week on the Barber circuit in Alabama. A very busy week for Alex Baron, who will celebrate his 19th birthday on Friday.
