« Throughout the season, I know that I have demonstrated my abilities at Formula 2 level, advance Callan Williams. Jeddah was a great result (4e of the Sprint Race) and I was very happy with most of the races I competed in during my first season, often finishing just outside the points or suffering bad luck when I was in a good position to score points. However, these are things that happen in racing, and as the season progressed, the circumstances didn't turn out the way I wanted them to. We are now at a point where it is important that I consider the best path forward for the sake of my motorsport career."
His team Trident has not revealed the identity of his replacement. The Italian team could possibly test a driver with whom it would negotiate for next year.
