The 2013 season ofIndycar Series will be made up of 19 races spread over 16 different events (including six on ovals). The circuits will be identical to last season, but Pocono Raceway will make its comeback in the discipline after 24 years of absence, as will the Houston road circuit. The season will start on March 24 in St. Petersburg and end on October 19 at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana where Ryan Hunter-Reay won the title. The Indianapolis 500 will be organized on May 26.
