Dalton Kellett leaves AJ Foyt Racing
We will not see Dalton Kellett in the AJ Foyt Racing team again in IndyCar in 2023. The Canadian pilot posted a message on his social networks this Tuesday, October 11 to announce the bad news.

“It was not an easy decision to make, as the team and I spent a lot of time and effort putting together a program for 2023. However, it is not an easy decision to make. This is not the right opportunity for me.
My most sincere thanks go to AJ, Larry and the entire team. I will always be indebted to them for allowing me to start in IndyCar. (…) I have no information on my plans for 2023.”
In three years, Dalton Kellett has never finished better than 12th at Gateway in 2021. He finished the 2022 season a measly 25th overall.
