Dan Ticktum reappointed to NIO 333

The mad dog of promotional formulas, Dan Ticktum, has found a place to establish himself in Formula E. After a first campaign with the NIO 333 team marked by a 10th place on the streets of Rome in 2022, the double winner of the Macau Grand Prix kept his seat in FE for the 2022-23 season.

“I've sat in the car a few times and it's a big step up from the Gen2; I have to say that I really enjoyed the tests so far, said the 23-year-old. I'm really looking forward to this new era of electric racing. »

Dan Ticktum will be supported by the Brazilian Sergio Sette Câmara, confirmed a few weeks earlier. This announcement comes at the expense of the Englishman Oliver Turvey, pillar of the Chinese-flagged team since the creation of the FE in 2014, who finds himself without a steering wheel.
