The Swiss Sébastien Buemi set the best time in the first free practice session of the ePrix in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The e.dams driver-Renault completed a lap in 1'09″475, ahead of the two Spark-Renault SRT_01Es from Team Audi Sport Abt of Lucas di Grassi and Daniel Abt. Nicholas Cheers (e.dams-Renault) takes 5th place by more than 2″, Jean-Eric Vergne (Andretti Autosport) is 11th by more than three seconds, and Stéphane Sarrazin (Venturi) is 14th.
