Abt Audi Sport team apologized to Lucas di Grassi after the Brazilian was excluded from the Mexico ePrix for a non-regulatory weight of its car.
“The car has been weighed several times here in Mexico and it has always exceeded the minimum weight. We have no explanation for the measurements taken at the end of the race because our team made no changes”, commented Hans-Jürgen Abt, director of the team of the same name.
