Felix Rosenqvist dominates EL2 in New York

After Alex Lynn (DS Virgin Racing) in EL1, it was Felix Rosenqvist (Mahindra Racing) who was the fastest on the New York track, scene of the race. Formula e this mid-July. The Swede, author of a lap in 1'02″423, precedes his teammate Nick Heidfeld by 0″316 and Nicolas Cheers (Renault e.dams) of 0″433.

The top 5 is completed by Sam Bord (DS Virgin Racing), fourth at 0″456 and Lucas di Grassi (ABT Schaeffler Audi Sport), clocked at 0″493. Loïc duval (Faraday Future Dragon Racing) took 7th place by more than six tenths, while Jean-Eric Vergne (Techeetah) only moved up to 12th position, more than a second behind Rosenqvist's reference.

The old pilot Toro Rosso en F1 precedes his teammate Stéphane Sarrazin, while Pierre Gasly, replacing Sébastien Buemi at Renault e.dams concluded the session in 15th position. Tom Dillmann (Venturi) finished 19th.
