Briton Paul di Resta (Panasonic Jaguar Racing) dominated the morning at the Marrakech Rookie Tests in Formula E. The old pilot F1 completed his best lap in 1'22″343, and precedes James Rossiter (Techeetah) by 90 thousandths.
Jimmy Eriksson (DS Virgin Racing) sets the third time at 0″208 and is ahead of Maximilian Günther (Dragon Racing) and Antonio Giovinazzi (DS Virgin Racing) who enter the top 5.
Aligned with the second car Techeetah, Frenchman Frédéric Makowiecki takes twelfth place in 1'23″112 at 0″769. Note that technical problems prevented Nick de Vries (Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler) to set the slightest time.
The presence of a dog on the track caused the session to be interrupted.
Some technical issues prevented us from running this morning. Let's see what the Moroccan afternoon brings! #FERookietest pic.twitter.com/rrg9cZ6u1p
