Helio Castroneves (Team Penske – Chevrolet) took 2nd place ahead of Marco Andretti (Andretti Autosport – Honda). simon pagenaud (Schmidt Peterson Motorsports – Honda) ranks 9th, Jacques Villeneuve his teammate is 16th, while Sébastien Bourdais (KV Racing – Chevrolet) took 19th position.
Tomorrow, qualifying will begin with engines receiving one last additional boost.
