New Zealander Scott Dixon (Chip Ganassi Racing – Chevrolet) took pole position for the 99th edition of the Indianapolis 500, which will take place on Sunday May 24. The three-time champion IndyCar ahead of the two DW12 – Chevrolet of Team Penske of the Australian Will Power and the Frenchman simon pagenaud, who will therefore be on the first row of the starting grid.
