Ryan Hunter-Reay (Andretti) was the fastest in the warm-up held on a completely wet Mid-Ohio track, setting a time of 1'32"8638. The Championship leader is 1”7 ahead of pole sitter Will Power (Team Penske). Tony Kanaan (KV Racing) and Simona de Silvestro (HVM) are the last drivers less than two seconds from the best time of the session. Takuma Sato (Rahal Letterman Lanigan) completes the top five two seconds behind. simon pagenaud (Schmidt-Hamilton), third on the grid, is sixth in the session with more than three seconds behind. Sebastian Bourdais (Dragon Racing) is ninth behind Rubens Barrichello (KV Racing) and James Jakes (Dale Coyne Racing). Several drivers, including Dario Franchitti (Ganassi) on the front row this evening, made mistakes.
