Jack Hawksworth has not received medical approval to compete in the Pocono 500 this evening. The BHA team driver hit the wall violently during the second practice session on the “Tricky Triangle” (watch video of the crash) and was unable to take part in the qualifications. The driver of the No. 12 DW98 will be re-examined before the next event on July 12 at Iowa Speedway.
