The co-founder of the team Steinbrenner Racing, Hank Steinbrenner, died at the age of 63 on Tuesday, April 14 following a long illness. Hank Steinbrenner distinguished himself by buying the New York Yankees American football team. His death was notably announced by his son George Steinbrenner, at the helm of the Andretti Harding Steinbrenner Racing team.IndyCar :

In 2016, Hank Steinbrenner and George joined forces to found Steinbrenner Racing. After two seasons of learning in Indy Lights with Colton Herta, the jump to IndyCar was made in 2018 in association with Harding Racing, and in 2020 with Andretti and still Colton Herta as driver.
