Jon Boulsog praises Pagenaud and defends Montoya

Jon Bouslog, Team Manager at Team Penske, returned to the site of IndyCar Series on the season of Juan Pablo Montoya, who will be replaced in 2017 by Josef Newgarden within the American team.
