Ryan Briscoe won the raceIndycar Series in Kentucky by beating Ed Carpenter, on the finish line, by 16 thousandths! At the end of the 200 laps of the race, the Penske team driver won his second race, having not won since the opening round in St Petersburg on April 5. Briscoe, consistent throughout the season, took the opportunity to take the reins of the general classification.
