Jean-Karl Vernay won for the first race of his season at Firestone IndyLights, the antechamber of the?IndyCar Series! The young Frenchman, who started from second place, took the lead on the 4th lap before racing to victory in the race in St Petersburg (Florida). He beat Jan Heylen and Stefan Wilson.
