Arjun Maini's younger brother will contest his first Formula 2 campaign with Spanish team Campos Racing in 2023.

Kush Maini arrives with Campos Racing

In the Maini family, I ask for the younger brother. After Arjun Maini during a few FIA rounds Formula 2 in 2019, it is Kush Maini who will pilot a car of Campos Racing in 2023.

The 22-year-old Indian thus joins the Swiss Ralph Boschung, already confirmed for the upcoming Formula 2 season. British vice-champion Formula 3 in 2020, Kush Maini achieved a podium finish in FIA Formula 3 with MP Motorsport in 2022, finishing in 14th place.

« He is a very dedicated, professional racing driver with a great work capacity, so we expect him to be able to have a solid rookie season next year, explains Adrián Campos, the team principal of the eponymous team. He has performed well in Formula 3 this season and we believe he will improve further in the ultra-competitive F2 championship. »

“I spent time with the team in their workshop and really enjoyed the atmosphere and their professionalism, continues Kush Maini. I am looking forward to the three-day test in Abu Dhabi to officially begin our story together. »
