In front of their audiences, the British are celebrating at the London ePrix. For the second free practice session in England, it was Jake Dennis who set the best time in 1'13″661 just ahead of his compatriot Oliver Rowland at 0″082. German veteran André Lotterer completes the podium, less than a tenth behind the Andretti driver.

As on the EL1, Mercedes dominated the first part of the session until the red flag caused by the exit of Dan Ticktum at turn number 6. The former driver of Formula 2 was unable to resume the last 5 minutes of EL2. There were therefore 21 of them to return to the route of the London ePrix. Behind the British double, Stoffel Vandoorne finished in 8th position just behind Mitch Evans, 6th. For Edoardo Mortara and Jean-Éric Vergne, we will have to correct things in qualifying after the 15th place of the Habs and the 16th position of the Swiss. The qualifying session is scheduled from 11:40 a.m. and rain could occur in London.
