ART Grand Prix has announced the sale of Nicolas Todt's shares in the team. The son of FIA president Jean Todt was the main shareholder in the team co-founded with Frédéric Vasseur in 2004. The driver manager resold his shares to the other shareholders of the structure based in Villeneuve-la-Guyard (Yonne).

“I am proud to have contributed to the creation and development of this team with whom I have experienced great success, comments Nicolas Todt. This company allows young people to grow, it is an ART Grand Prix brand. This team has allowed the emergence of young talents at all levels: mechanics, engineers and obviously the drivers who represent the tip of the iceberg and some of whom have contributed to the history of the F1. My experience with ART Grand Prix was full of lessons. I hope that this team and all those associated with it continue with the same excellence and that it continues to fight at the forefront in the various championships in which it is involved. »
