If theIndyCar is turning more to road circuits, Bryan Sperber, the president of the Phoenix oval, says he is ready to receive the discipline in 2013, after having hosted it from 1996 to 2005. “Phoenix has a long history with open-wheel racing and we would like to find a way to host IndyCar races again. I think the earliest we could prepare for 2013 is.”
