The Formula SuperPole Renault 3.5 Series was once again hotly contested. The Silverstone crowd was waiting for James Walker (P1 Motorsport), but on the wire it was Charles Pic (Tech 1 Racing) who took his second pole position of the season. Third, Brendon Hartley (Tech 1 Racing) completes the good performance of the Tech 1 Racing team.
