As expected, Robert Shwartzman went to the United States to discover theIndyCar. Invited to Sebring, the Israeli was able to try one of the Dallara IR18s from Chip Ganassi Racing who had invited him to drive in Florida.

The presence of Robert Shwartzman at Sebring, however, has no link with the 2023 season. Chip Ganassi Racing already hires Alex Palou, Marcus Ericsson and Scott Dixon while Marcus Armstrong will be on the 4e car during road and urban races. However, the reserve pilot Ferrari could be an option for 2024 when Alex Palou leaves the team at the end of the year.
