Third in the first free practice session of the day, Oliver Rowland (Nissan e.Dams) is definitely at ease on the Berlin track this Sunday. The Englishman was in fact the fastest man in these EL2s. With a lap completed in 1'06"372, the Briton improved his first morning benchmark by almost half a second. Maximilian Günther (BMW Andretti) and Norman Nato (Venturi) joined him on the session podium.

On pole the day before, Jean-Éric Vergne (DS Techeetah) finished in 5th position, just ahead of the championship leader. Nyck de Vries (Mercedes).
