While recently discussing in the pages of Auto Hebdo (n°1693/report on the 12 Hours of Sebring) the difficult economic situation facing motorsport in the United States, Eric Bachelart, Team Manager of the Conquest Racing team has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Edmonton region. He will therefore be able to field a car from the first round ofIndyCar, next weekend, in the streets of St Petersburg (Florida) entrusted to the experienced Canadian Alex Tagliani. Agreements with other partners are in progress and should allow Conquest Racing to continue the season.
