Bad news for Theo Pourchaire ahead of the Sprint Race in Baku this Saturday. Summoned by the panel of stewards, the ART Grand Prix driver was forced to explain himself concerning a situation on the track with Kush Maini (Campos).

After being heard, Théo Pourchaire received a 3-place penalty on the Sprint Race grid. The Frenchman was found guilty of obstructing the Indian at the second turn during qualifying. It will not be 8e plus 11e.

The Sprint Race F2 is scheduled for 13:00 p.m. this Saturday.
