The first free practice session for the London E-Prix has delivered its verdict. At the end of the 45 minutes of driving on the program for this Friday, it was Jean-Éric Vergne (DS Techeetah) who finished in the lead.

With a best lap completed in 1'21"650, the Habs were respectively ahead of Robin Frijns (Virgin) and Sam Bird (Jaguar) by only 4 and 38 thousandths. António Félix da Costa (DS Techeetah) and Mitch Evans (Jaguar) completed the Top 5. Both were in the same tenth as Jean-Éric Vergne.

The session was very close since a little more than a tenth and a half separated only the leader Jean-Éric Vergne and the 7th, Stoffel Vandoorne (Mercedes). Pascal Wehrlein (Porsche), Nick de Vraies (Mercedes) et Sergio Sette Câmara (Mahindra) suivent derrière pour compléter le Top 10.

Second Frenchman engaged in Formula E, Norman Nato (Venturi) ranks 14th, almost 6 tenths behind Jean-Éric Vergne.
