Walker leads the way

The formula Renault 3.5 Series kicks off the 67th Monaco Grand Prix. Under the sun James Walker sets the best time in front Brendon Hartley and Daniel Move. Several drivers hit the rails during this session, including Marco Barba and Stefano Coletti. Charles Pic is 8th. Handicapped by clutch problems, Jules Bianchi only completed 7 laps and was 25th.

Qualifying practice will take place on Saturday morning.
