Le Rally Mare e Macchia (Sea and Maquis) contested in Corsica was canceled following a fatal accident involving a photographer this morning.
The victim, Stéphane Giraudi, was hit by a racing car after hitting a bump and died instantly. The tragedy occurred in the locality of Silvareccio.
