Anthony Mora died this morning following an accident during the 22nd edition of the Rally of Sarlat Périgord Noir (Dordogne) which counts for the French Rally Cup.
The native of the region went off the road in the town of Manaurie while he was driving his Peugeot 208 T16 R5 before hitting a tree. He was 41 years old and had won this event ten times. His co-driver Florian Moinet emerged unscathed from the impact. The event was canceled by the organizers.
