Michel Boetti surprisingly gave up at the Rally from Antibes Côte d'Azur. The pilot of the Peugeot 207 S2000 which was in second place collided with the Ford Fiesta WRC of the leader Julien Maurin at the stopping point of the Col de Turini special. The Championship leader was nevertheless able to continue and found himself three minutes ahead of the Fiesta S2000 of Bernardo Sousa. Olivier Moni now completes the podium on his 206 S16, taking the lead in the Michelin Trophy. Frédéric Hauswald leads the Citroën Racing Trophy Junior while Cyril Audirac leads the 208 Rallye Cup with more than a minute ahead of Kevin Abbring.
