Favorite of the Gr.N, Cédric Robert “paid” for the first scratch time of the rally on Friday evening in his Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII. Brunson immediately set the record straight in SS2 marked by Mauffray's (non-gravity) exit from the road. Lower Normandy subsequently confirmed, followed a short distance by Ragues. Behind, Reydellet stood out at the wheel of his new Skoda Fabia R5, taking the podium. For his part, Robert disappeared, leaving Morin, Knapick and Ling to compete for runners-up. In full “Ford”, Brunson continued his “Fiesta” by accumulating scratches, leaving only one to Ragues. Returning as a big winner in Deauville, he enjoyed a 6th success in his favorite event against his rival who pocketed the Gr.R ahead of Reydellet, author of a good start. Morin (3rd Gr.R) and Knapick completed the Top 5. The Gr.N went to Julien ahead of Vay and Sébire. Surin pocketed the F2000 face à Léon et Seray. Enfin, c’était l’hécatombe en GT de Série où aucune Porsche ne voyait l’arrivée. N. Thérier
