Trigovie and thus takes eight seconds from the leader of the Rally Terre des Causses Paul Chieusse (307 WRC) to return to 8”7 from first place. Laurent Carbonaro (Peugeot 206 WRC) fails at 10”8 but climbs onto the provisional podium following the retirement of Jean-Marc Falco (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X) due to a mechanical problem. Jérome Jacquot (Peugeot 207 S2000) remains fourth, less than five seconds from the provisional podium. Serge Gillouin (Subaru Impreza GT) still completes the top five ahead of the Citroën DS3 WRC of Cédric Hennion, up to sixth position with two tenths ahead of the Subaru Impreza of Alain Deveza. Kevin Abbring takes the lead in the 208 Rally Cup, one second ahead of Stéphane Lefebvre.
