Thanks to Oreca, Ciamin switches to a Skoda Fabia Rally2 in Var

What an end-of-year gift! Christmas is still far away, but Nicolas Ciamin and Yannick Roche will be able to enjoy their new toy during the Rally du Var (November 25-28). The crew, on the strength of an anthology victory at the Antibes Rally with a Alpine A110 RGT, will be entered in a Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo.

This participation is made possible thanks to Oreca. The origin of this initiative comes from a “desire to internally bring together all of Oreca’s areas of activity around a legendary rally of the French Championship”.

 Hugues de Chaunac, President of the Oreca Group, says more about this idea. “Through an internal project, the Oreca Group wanted to close its season as close as possible to motorsport fans. The Rallye du Var was an obvious choice. To represent our colors and given his great performance at the Antibes Rally, we have decided to trust Nicolas Ciamin who will be co-driven by Yannick Roche, a talented and very promising crew!

This project is also a new opportunity to work with our most loyal partners, particularly Michelin. A few days before departure, we can't wait to return to the French Championship, for a rally! »
