Cœur de France ES 2- Bonato takes the lead

Author of the best time in this second special, Yoann Bonato (C3 Rally2-CHL Sport Auto) took the opportunity to take control of the rally.

The five-time French Champion is ahead of Nicolas Ciamin (i20 N Rally2-Hyundai 2C Competition) by 0,3 seconds.

Jean-Marie Cuoq (C4 WRC) damaged his front-right shock absorber and posted the third fastest time. The Ardéchois is now in second place in the provisional ranking between Bonato and Ciamin. Cuoq is now trying to repair this breakage.

Cédric Robert (A110 Rally-Team Bonneton HDG) sets another 4th fastest time ahead of Hugo Margaillan (C3 Rally2-CHL Sport Auto). The latter managed to clock in on time after going off the road on SS 1.

Quentin Giordano (Polo GTI R5-Sarrazin Motorsport), the Championship leader, took advantage of the road race to modify his brake distribution in order to compensate for the longitudinal shaft problem. But the CFR leader still lost more than 25 seconds on the best time.
