Heart of France – SS8: Bonato grabs
The drivers start the day with a 14,21 km special, that of Sargé-sur-Braye. Setting out to chase Quentin Girodano (Polo GTi R5-Sarrazin Motorsport), Yoann Bonato (C3 Rally2-CHL Sport Auto) set the best time and regained 0"7 on the leader.
Good start to the day for Pierre Roché (C3 Rally2-Team FJ) who sets the third fastest time.
On the provisional podium at the start of this second day, William Wagner (C3 Rally2-PH Sport by GT2i) went off the road. Cédric Robert (A110-Bonneton HDG), fourth in this special, enters the provisional Top 3.
Egalement à la lutte pour le podium, Anthony Cosson (Porsche 911 GT3 Cup) n’a pas de « bonnes sensations » et pointe au cinquième rang de cette spéciale.
