After eleven years of absence, the ten-time French champion returned to this event, and he left his opponents no hope. In magnificent weather conditions, Cuoq took almost all the scratches (leaving only one to Roussat) and won this event for the third time. Behind, the duel between Roussat and Mounard smiled on the former, the latter consoling himself with victory in group R. At the foot of the podium, Arnaud won group N with eight best times out of nine. In group R, behind the untouchable Mounard, Tête put in a great performance by entering the Top 5. In F2000, Cellier won in the first stage but crashed out in SS3. Gauthier then grabbed the head of the group and never let go. In Group GT, Viallette easily won ahead of Avandetto (BMW 135). F.
