Éric Brunson achieved the scratch in the first two special stages of the Rally du Touquet. Subaru Impreza driver leads Ford Fiesta by eight seconds WRC by Julien Maurin. Reigning champion Jean-Marie Cuoq completes the provisional podium 12 seconds behind at the wheel of his new Citroën C4 WRC. Pierre Roché (Mini Countryman WRC) and Dany Snobeck (Impreza) complete the top five.
